Комісія з регулювання азартних ігор та лотерей звернулася до представників іноземних компаній-постачальників даних для букмекерських компаній та компаній-постачальників софту для організаторів азартних ігор приєднатися до заходів щодо зупинення військової агресії росії проти України.
24 лютого 2022 року російська федерація розпочала повномасштабний військовий напад на Україну. Держава-агресор продовжує жорстоко атакувати і руйнувати інфраструктурні об’єкти, цивільні будівлі та вбивати мирних жителів. Напавши на Україну та погрожуючи ядерною зброєю іншим країнам, росія поставила під загрозу безпеку і всього світу.
На знак солідарності з Україною та засудження варварства росії міжнародна спільнота розпочала введення санкцій, а міжнародні компанії припиняють роботу з країною-агресором.
Провідні світові компанії індустрії спортивних ставок (за інформацією з відкритих джерел) вже приєдналися до протесту, щоб підтримати Україну, зокрема William Hill і Bet 365 вийшли з російського ринку; LeoVegas, Statscore, DraftKings, Fan Duel, OPAP, Coolbet - відкликали пропозиції ставок на російські спортивні події. Також свою роботу припинив і PokerStars. Національна хокейна ліга та інші організації по всьому світу призупинили всі ділові партнерства з букмекерськими компаніями рф.
КРАІЛ закликала компанії (представників іноземних компаній-постачальників даних для букмекерських компаній та компаній-постачальників софту для організаторів азартних ігор*) припинити будь-які існуючі партнерські та бізнес відносини в росії; припинити співпрацю з російськими спортивними лігами, а також постачання продуктів, програмного забезпечення для російських букмекерських контор, надання технічної підтримки та обслуговування російських клієнтів:

КРАІЛ відзначила важливість здійснення інформаційної та практичної підтримки України, сприяння поширенню такої підтримки, зокрема шляхом оприлюднення інформації на вебсайтах компаній.
Нагадуємо, на інформаційній платформі war.ukraine.ua, створеній Міністерством закордонних справ України, можна переглянути перевірену інформацію про військову агресію росії. Крім того, створено портал гуманітарної допомоги https://help.gov.ua для всіх, хто хоче підтримати Україну. Тут можна дізнатися, як відправити і кому адресувати гуманітарний вантаж, як перерахувати кошти для підтримки армії чи допомоги постраждалим мирним жителям, контакти закордонних та українських гуманітарних хабів тощо.
Адже наразі це вже не питання ведення бізнесу, це питання миру і життя. З мовчазної згоди представників російського ринку азартних ігор податки йдуть на фінансування міжнародного тероризму.

The Ukrainian Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries appealed to the representatives of the data-providers companies in the sports betting industry and the software companies for gambling organizers to take measures to stop russia's military aggression against Ukraine.
On February 24, 2022, the russian federation launched a full-scale military attack on Ukraine. Russia as an aggressor state is cruelly attacking and destroying infrastructural objects, civilian buildings, and killing the innocent civilian population, including women and children. By invading Ukraine and threatening other countries with weapons of mass destruction, russia is threatening the entire world’s security.
In solidarity with Ukraine and in condemnation of russian’s barbarity the international community has imposed sanctions, as well as international companies are ceasing work with the aggressor state. Leading world companies in the sports betting industry around the world have already joined the protest to support Ukraine, including William Hill and Bet 365 which has left the russian market; LeoVegas, Statscore, DraftKings, Fan Duel, OPAP, Coolbet which withdrew betting offers on russian sports events. PokerStars has also ceased operations; The National Hockey League and other organizations around the world have suspended all business partnerships with bookmakers in the russian federation.
Thus, the CRGL urges the companies to halt any partnership or business relations with russia, to terminate relations with all russian customers and partners, including the supply of products, technical support, and service by the company or by any other of their subsidiaries in russia:

The CRGL asked the data-providers сompanies for the sports betting industry and the software companies for gambling organizers to carry out the informational and practical support of Ukraine and to promote such support notably by posting the information on their official websites.
Also, it is possible to view verified information on russia's military aggression on the war.ukraine.ua information platform created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Furthermore, a humanitarian aid portal https://help.gov.ua has been created for all those who want to support Ukraine. There everyone can learn how to send and to whom to address humanitarian aid, how to transfer funds to support the army or help civilian victims, contacts foreign and Ukrainian humanitarian hubs etc.
The CRGL noted the importance of supporting Ukraine, as the protection of the principles of democracy and peace is now possible only through joint efforts. After all, now it is no longer about business, it is a matter of peace and life. With the tacit consent of representatives of the russian gambling and lottery market, taxes are used to finance international terrorism.
